Build our spare parts e-commerce unit into a standalone business.

Location:  Aachen, Germany (hybrid possible)

Employment:  Full-time, permanent

Start:  Q2 2026

Reports to:  COO

Scope:  Own business unit with full P&L responsibility

The Role

Printers worldwide need high-quality, fast-available spare parts for their machine parks — but the supply landscape is fragmented and unreliable. We founded APC (Allaoui Parts & Components) to solve this. It’s currently in its validation phase, with first revenue and a small team. We’re looking for the person who takes full ownership and builds it into a serious business.

You’ll own everything: e-commerce marketing, operations, sourcing strategy, and P&L. This is an entrepreneurial role inside a well-funded, established company.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce & Marketing

  • Own and scale the APC online shop — listings, conversion, customer experience

  • Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, marketplace ads) segmented by product group and geography

  • Own analytics and optimize for SEO and conversion

Operations & Finance

  • Manage the team handling packing, shipping, and customer service

  • Coordinate with accountant and tax office on invoicing, VAT, reporting

  • Build processes that scale as volume grows

Sourcing & Business Development

  • Validate and build a proactive parts sourcing strategy beyond opportunistic purchasing

  • Develop offers for printers to sell their spare parts inventories through us

  • Own the APC P&L — grow revenue and margin, build the case for scaling

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or B2B parts/components trade

  • Hands-on performance marketing experience (Google Ads, marketplace optimization)

  • Operational mindset — comfortable managing a team, logistics, and finance

  • Commercial instinct for sourcing and pricing

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Entrepreneurial drive — you want to build a business unit, not maintain one
