Marketing Manager
Build our marketing function from zero.

Growth Path: Head of Marketing within 12–24 months
The Role
We’re a team of ~25 people with strong fundamentals, real tier-1 clients, proprietary technology — and no marketing function. You’ll be our first marketing hire: owning brand, content, and lead generation from day one, building toward a small team within 12 months.
This is a building role, not a maintaining role. You’ll create the marketing playbook for a company that has genuine differentiation but has never systematically told its story.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Content
Own the Allaoui brand narrative across website, social media, trade shows, and sales materials
Build a content engine: machine videos, project case studies, customer stories
Develop and execute a LinkedIn strategy to build industry reputation
Performance Marketing
Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, industry platforms)
Own marketing analytics and report on pipeline contribution
Optimize website for SEO and conversion with our in-house tech team
Strategic Projects
Support international market expansion as opportunities arise
Shape the marketing direction for our spare parts e-commerce unit
As the function grows, hire and manage 1–2 team members
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, machinery, or technical environments
Hands-on: you write copy, set up campaigns, and analyze data yourself
Strong content creation skills — written and visual
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics
Fluent in German and English
Excited about building from zero, not inheriting a playbook
