The Kolbus ZU 805 is a standalone gathering machine that collates printed signatures in the correct sequence to form complete book blocks. Its 24 automatic rotary feeders work in combination with signature recognition cameras, electro-mechanical double sheet detection, and a thickness detector, ensure every block is complete and correctly ordered before it leaves the machine. It is equipped with a hand feeding station, Uprighting, Siemens Simatic HMI touch control, Criss-Cross stacking delivery, and Becker CS air system
