Bobst Expertfold 110 A2

The Bobst Expertfold 110 A2, built in 2019, processes straight-line, crash-lock bottom as well as 4- and 6-corner boxes at up to 1,100 mm working width. A2 and Speedwave modules, Autoset format setting, motorised machine setting and radio remote control keep changeover times short. The equipment includes a vacuum feeder with blank alignment, an additional pre-breaker with Leary code reader, central conveyors in the pre-breaker and folding section, glue wheel and lower gluing unit with glue wheel monitoring, plus a Leary nozzle gluing system with 8 channels and 4 application heads including glue monitoring. Barcode reader and flipper eject faulty boxes. The extended pressing belt with pressing belt delivery allows production at full machine speed.
